I'd love it if you were correct JJ, but I'm betting there is very little immediate short squeeze even with a positive ruling. Shorts are still waiting for GOOG to prove they have the workaround that they rolled out in record time with fantastic results. With Quinn Emmanuel certain to appeal everything that Postyle has mentioned, and more, I still think the uncertainty is too high for this to fly right away. That being said, anything north of 4 is a big win for me right now...
