In my opinion, Cutler is long gone. Even if this doesn't end up on or isn't on the FDA target list, it's in the business types they are going after. It's simple not worth the career risk and was probably advised against by his agent(s). If there is any real honesty in management, it would go a long way in proving their forthrightness with the shareholders to come out with some kind of update on the endorsement whether good or bad. That would speak volumes to their integrity.
