They have only stated that they would not do one in the forseeable future and could not do so within 1 year. Who's to say they won't do one after the 1 year restriction is over? This is a penny stock and has been diluted down to .001. It has R/S written all over it in 6 more months! Wait and see as the pps continues to fall lower and lower. IMO, they will do it at the same time as the ticker symbol change and screw all of us longs. Dilution, rinse and repeat like 95% of the pinks!

I am still holding on to 600k shares. Had more early on, but sold them for a smaller loss than I have now. This company is very small potatoes and doesn't really below in the stock market to begin with. I hope someday they prove me wrong, but I will look at this in January and see where they stand.
