Hay Mountain seems to be of a NEWCO CORP origin. Could there be any funds tucked away that we are not aware of under a JABA arrangment?
2mm, i wasnt serious about the money being tucked away but wanted rather to extrapolate, the exact point of it,that being the entity of the form of a NEWCO and the currency of the NEWCO being the forethought/planning going into the creation of seperate acct for the HM Project. One of our posters mentioned that appealing to these investors and i will assume it is a consortium, that they will co-host with LBSR shareholders without any LBSR liabilaties. The poster M&M, the AZ lad outlined the "newco" quite perfectly in a readers digest version here just a few posts ago.
