Louis, VHC is currently at $17 a share. That means its up approximately 300% from its start. That's one hell of a return on your money. I think you should go to the VHC board with your dialog. My point was to show just because a LOSING defendant appeals, it doesn't necessarily drop value of the stock. I wish I had VHC. Instead I have VRNG and DSS. Good luck to you.
