Google is done. While I don't understand the technicals of patents, I do understand law, i have read the briefs in the trial and am now Certain, this has been de-risked.
It has allowed me to be more patient and wait and I was going to sell friday if JJ hadn't ruled. Now I don't care.
1. Google infringed
2. Jury found that to be the case
3. Google tried to invalidate the patents
4. Google failed
5. See number 1 - longs have won, now its just wait and see
It really surprises me that the market doesn't get it. Perhaps they are assuming there is still risk here, but given the upside it makes absolute sense for institutions to start buying.
Congrats to all longs who have stayed patient and held their conviction in their views.
This is a HUGE event folks. Market just hasn't absorbed it yet. It proves to the market that Google is now in a position of weakness. It gives this team credibility and don't think that won't impact ZTE, it will. They will start realizing, wow, these guys are not chumps.
Unfortunate that it didn't run more but I have given up trying to figure out this stock. Eventually, we will make alot of money off this news.
as for securit - love seeing that shorty panic! hahahhahah
