Zero dilution, check SS (AS/OS unchanged). Yes a person with restricted shares sold 1.5m which is the reason for the change TS/RS. This was address by Mr Foley and basically it was a long term shareholder selling shares which had recently met the rules for coming out of restriction.

Reason price is down, people took profit on the rapid rise and the buying pressure isn't high and steady enough to keep it at those levels. This will change soon, when we see tangible products, revenue flow, and other company news. Looking Long!
