Whilst on the topic of Vincent Guest, moneym8ker, if he is dabbling in mortgage services then he should not be doing so under the corporate cover of Americapital Financial.

That corporation was formed, and registered, in the state of California on August 10, 2001.

When I last looked (in 2011) all of Americapital Financial's powers, rights and privileges in the State of California had been suspended. A recent review confirms that nothing has changed. The company remains suspended.

The suspension could have been for failing to file and/or pay taxes to the California Franchise Tax Board, or for failing to make annual filings with the California Secretary of State. But, whatever the reason, it would be unwise for Mr Guest to use that corporation to dabble in mortgage services.
