I've Followed This Debate and Don't Really Care
Marijuana? Hemp? Cannabis?
Whats in a name anyway? This is just a sideshow distraction.
Here's where I stand:
Yes hemp and marijuana are different plants containing different levels of CBD and THC, the latter have more of the psychoactive THC and the former having no intoxicating properties. From what I know having grown my share of marijuana (and shares for hundreds of people in NYC and CA), the CBDs in marijuana are most effective for treating medical ailments. In fact in the growing community there is a major push to develop marijuana plants that are highly concentrated with CBD and low levels of THC. Hemp pretty much only has industrial applications with some dietary benefits. I use hemp based powders for protein and as a digestive aid.

Believe what you will but ill let MJNA tell me if they plan to change the company name
