Banks...I wouldn't be surprised to see a gradual decline this entire week...I anticipated this...This is definitely a buying opportunity. However, I wouldn't buy now on the way down. I believe I'd wait till the rise & buy on the way up....Just one man's opinion...take it for what it's worth...
