I'm not ready to dump shares, but 25% dilution with shares sold at 10% of market value seems to indicate either little faith in their prospects, wink wink nod nod trading with close associate supporters, or some combination of both. It looks, at least at first glance, more like the behavior of a penny stock scam company than an up-and-coming high tech consulting and manufacturing company. What may I be missing? I look forward very eagerly to Gary's Q and A. Hope both the Qs and the As are clear!
