The proposition in investing into APDN is pretty simple to me. Although ADNAS has been around for a decade, it is still a developmental/growth company. The only way that it will ever accede from this status has to do with top line growth. That is the very reason why I welcome the work you have done to determine that it will likely exceed $800K. This revenue growth and the projections from Zacks are what keep me interested in this investment.

For a developmental company expenses must climb with increasing revenues. When they exceed revenues as they probably will this qtr due to new hires and acquisitions, the bottom line will sink lower than before. I think this is what you were referring to in your post. However, if the new hires make more than they cost and the acquisitions are accretive, that is good for the bottom line for future quarters.

Most of the posts here are negative due to the current PPS. That is no surprise since nobody likes dilution. The same pricing event happened with the last dilution created by Crede. Nevertheless, this is a fact of life for this company and its stock. ADNAS needs money in the bank to grow. Either you have a rich uncle who will give you money during your youth, or you have to go out and borrow the money or sell part of your future to finance your enterprise. ADNAS doesn't have a rich uncle and it has chosen selling equity v. debt.

Prior to the recent announcement, money in the bank was scheduled to go dry during Q1 for 2014 according to Zacks. Due to the new growth phase the company seems to be in, the well would have probably run dry before then. Hence, I welcome the news that Crede has stepped in again to keep this company alive.

Many who are posting here are looking at the daily PPS and have become myopic. I believe current long investors should not become so worried about the daily vagaries in the way this stock moves and look more long term. I remain very positive on this investment and am confident that we will all be fine 6 months from now and even better 1-2 years from now.

I very much appreciate the time and research you have spent to project quarterly revenues. One of the reasons I remain very hopeful in this investment is that revenue growth seems to be accelerating, particularly in comparison what the last two qtrs. brought.
