I don't know that there is a specific time frame. The first step is to solidify the patents which is being done. We have 3 of 5 allowed so far with the 4th hopefully allowed in the coming days based on the USPTO typical time frame, and the 5th is still way down the road. In my opinion the 5th patent will probably just be a bonus to whoever buys the company and won't likely factor to heavily into any buyout. I'm sure company would like to sell as soon as they can get an offer they consider fair. I am hoping that one day we wake up to check our computers and see a big buyout announced like what the shareholders of SourceFire (FIRE) woke up to this week. We just need patience.
