Dear Sir,
this e-mail is intended for Sabrina He and the Board of Directors.
There is too much focus on growth IMO, and too little on creating shareholder value. As an experienced stock promoter recently pointed out to me, OTC companies are not valued based on fundamentals, instead, they are valued based on fear and greed, hype and industry trends.
I do not want to see this company struggle, year after year, going forward. And a relisting on Nasdaq or Amex may require a substantial amount of time, if succesful at all (Management usually underestimates the amount of time required). Given the tough economy we are in, a lot of shareholders do not have the luxury, or time, to hold on to their shares for that long.
Therefore, I URGE the Board of Directors to consider paying dividends, and not just focus on growth. Because I believe it will be a win-win for everyone. Fu will be considered a hero, the company will gain some respect, and the shareholders will get their reward.
In fact, all we need is commitment from the BOD. An announcement, that a fixed percentage of future earnings will be paid as dividends. Although preferably we would like to see a one-time dividend as well. I am very serious about this, as I have been for the past two years.
I do not expect you to reply to this e-mail, although any indication in what direction the company is heading, after the lawsuit is settled, could be helpful. Do keep in mind, that fundamentals (growth) most likely will not be reflected in the share price for quite some time. We need a superior solution.
