I dont want to be confrontational but i have to be lol. ONCS is not a bad investment, this one day for them next week they could be at .60 or maybe ur right and theyll be down again. Its just volatility which happens to anythind under $1. ALL I AM SAYING IS INO HAS HAD DAYS LIKE ONCS IS HAVING TODAY AND WILL CONTINUE TO UNTIL THEY ARE MORE ESTABLISHED.
