once again this deal was in the works for weeks, and being that the PPS ran hard over the past 30 days, this was certainly not done over night and there is no such thing as a financing in penny land for $1.2m between attorneys on both sides, and all players involved, over night like that, at best 30 days, sometimes 60 days and if you look at the chart its easy to see that this deal was done in the .02 range, which again, is a great deal all around for management and for the long term shareholders as its not a death spiral... look at SFMI, thats a death spiral at its worst
