Looks like cream shareholders creamed themselves over when they trusted management and rejected the Endevour offer a few years back. Now that same management team wants to buy the same mine for pennies on the invested dollar from the shareholders? (EXK had offered 0.14 per share in 2010 for the company, then offered $6 million+ exploration expenditures exceeding $3.5M for a 50% JV. This recently proposed mine sale equals only 0.01071 cents per measured ounce of silver, or about 1/20th of the JV offer made by EXK)

Will shareholders shoot themselves again and give this companies only asset away to the same management team that screwed them?

The new offer (fleecing?) ;
