Just as sentiment turns down, stocks like this can take off with many left behind. This stock just needs a little longer for the price appreciation to take hold.

Wells are producing and that can be backed up by governmental agency regulators. BAYP does in fact have interest in these producing wells, which means BAYP now has revenues coming in. As clearly showm on their balance sheets, the money that was raised by share selling went directly into buying these producing wells.
