I haven't been around as long as you and some of the others here and I am always looking for guidance from the experienced in order to learn. That said, I have seen even some of the saltiest get tripped up in less than truthful/scrupulous ceos of other pinkies and/or otcs. I think being cautious is appropriate here and on all the pennies/subs, they are high risk. It is a little scary to think that a carefully worded pr could mean something completely different than what most are expecting.....if that "dividend" somehow, someway means that we get shares of Suncrest in exchange for FCDH than alot of us are screwed. I know that is not by definition a dividend, but I think it warrants further clarification, as most are aware of Sandy's less than stellar past. I am hopeful that this is a different day and different situation with him, but the cautious side of me tells me to take nothing for granted. I am still pretty green, I acquiese to your experience. I don't want shares of Suncrest in lieu of FCDH that is why I am asking. Thanks.
