So you forgot, I'll remind you that it was a person promoting this scam who told everyone that "Jeff" at the dtcc told him the chill was lifted. Anyone with experience in dtcc chills knows they don't give that info on the phone, ever. That same poster then made a fake twitter resembling Nick's touting a false buyout agreement.

The scam CEO thereafter blamed "bashers" and claimed that some of the rumors were false, but like a scam CEO he went on to say some were true without identifying which ones.
