Pretty consistent too, the absolute bottom bounce right now is .0013, but I would realistically crack that by half the difference to pick up some cheapies.
The difference @ close today is 12 cracked in half is 6 so I would put it @ absolute bottom for picking up the cheap ones @ .0019 probably bumped up from that a bit too, so you're .0021 is just about right on the mark TS-
