PaperChaser, Etrade is excellent for all Pennies. They allow trading of all plays that are on the DTC Chill list with no restrictions. They allow for both stop limit and stop loss orders on Pennies and one can set them right from their order screen. They are by far one of the best out there for trading Pennies. Flat trade fees of $7.99 or $9.99 no matter if 10 million shares or 100 shares and no commissions above the trade fee. Check them out.
