OMG!

"The Company has already filed the necessary Articles of Merger with the Nevada Secretary of State. In addition the Company has requested and received a new CUSIP number reflecting its corporate name, Xumanii International Holdings Corp. The new CUSIP number is 98420C 109."

"when a CUSIP is changed it means ALL the shares that need to be accounted for will be transferred to the new CUSIP number. In doing so, shareholders and investors that hold naked shares (sold by short sellers) will force short sellers to buyback REAL shares at the market price to account for the missing one."
