In the call he was very explicit in explaining the dark periods and the reasons behind them and they were all acquisition related.

1st the offer of less than 2 Mil for everything.
Then the 800K offer for Podiatry

Both went through long negotiation periods (6+ months each).

The the Site redesign that is about 80% complete and going through testing currently..
