A big key that the FDA may come after this one is that it's making claims that may be false and not clinical verified. BISU probably cannot truthfully claim that "it supports healthy blood glucose" and "The product helps regulate blood sugar and blood pressure levels in diabetic and pre-diabetic subjects, especially for those who are insulin-resistant." Who says? BISU? No FDA approval on this. Watch out!
Other companies in Canada might be safe. No FDA jurisdiction there. But, these guys, ahhh, they are in Texas! Could be an FDA visit anytime.
