1) How many paid subscribers the company has

2) Will it be any merger or acquisition?

3) Will CEO retire some of his shares, covert from common stock to preferred stock or reduce o/s or a/s?

4) How will the company reach 10 million dollars revenue target?

5) Will it be any toxic financing?

6) will he upgrade tier from OTC PINK LIMITED TO OTCBB OR OTCQX

7) Will he post financials on time for each quarter?

8) will it be any reverse split or shares buy back program

9) will he think to sell some of the company domians to support his business plan

10) is there any company interested in to buy TheDirectory.com or other local search engine the company owns

i hope SEEK investors will ask and get those answers.
