We'll see. They have been delaying and making excuses for over a year now, while the company continued to dilute hundreds of millions of shares into the float. That is one reason why the share price has tanked so badly. 883 million shares in the O/S would tank the share price of just about any stinkie pinkie. That is also the reason shareholders who bought stock back when the O/S was 350 million shares were screwed over as they believed the company and the promoters who told them the CE Certification would be completed in November of 2012.
