They are only able to print (sell) a total of 200 mil. shares, don’t know why or who set that limit, or what happens when they reach it, probably some way to increase it, but you can find that on financials as "shares available" . I’ll take a guess they’re now having to sell PIPES around a nickel. Who know what they're doing with warrants/ options but i'd think what ever rights they're selling would be figured into that limit.
