Negative, with the 60 min EMA 3 still above the 60 min LTL (lower Trend Line) this is likely to be a short 60 min Phase 1, the current projected high for the next Phase 2 is at 1713.18, so I will wait and see what this 60 min Phase 1 does. I am possibly looking at adding SPXL.
