BigKahuna......Leo and Menon have between them 36,000,000
stock options that they were given for free at .11 a share and are ALL eligible to be put out on the open market right NOW....If they sold them all for just .61 that's $9,000,000 EACH!!! Actually there are 42,000,000 stock options that are exerciseable right NOW!...to me that's a little scary. Our outstanding share count of 97mm would go to 140,000,000.DILUTION...So I guess that doesn't bother you? Who cares if their pay is deferred. They have a fortune in stock options and give themselves 1.5mm more every year!

If p and K run in to problems we the little shareholder are screwed. The insiders will know before us and dump their shares in a heart beat and still make a freaking fortune.
