I see Ahmed's team as sales/marketing/distribution channel.

I think it's awfully presumptuous of anybody to assume Ahmed will have anything more than a minimal role in the day-to-day operations of the Euro company seeing as how he's got a full time job working for a real company. IMO, he's an outside director who was given a large share of the company in order for BW to use his name in PRs. He will likely appear on a conference call once a month for the BoD meeting and that's about it. That's assuming they have monthly meeting of course.
