some years back, i was in pacific scientific. very similar situation, where a number of large corp's used their technology without paying a penny to scientific. i was in at .04, scientific won the lawsuit, and the stock went to $2.38 in a very short time. similar thing "could happen here with TCPS" IMVHO.
