The stock is not in the buy mode. Some stocks defy techical logic so you have to be patient and wait on it. Look at it's William's indicator. Buying IRF when Williams is on or near 100 and selling when it reaches zero is a good stategy IMO. Stochatic can be helpful in watching it's trend.
