Seems like other people in other countries have created everything and Ortiz has spent the last 5 years trying to market it via Facebook etc. Based on his Sept 17, 2012 post the roll-out of TVUer fell sort of his goal. https://www.facebook.com/iPointApps

It seems like Ortiz is simply trying to resell stuff bought from others. If so, why does he need multiple public companies to raise money if all he's doing is internet marketing.. and not very well at that? (the Facebook page has a mere 184 "likes" after a years worth of effort)
