Yeah that is what it sounds like. Consulting fees technically just mean they are being paid for advice. I think they are contracted out to handle the day to day sales which means they are likely being paid for services rendered. The word "employ" tells me they do not own a piece of the company. However, being related to a brand like Badboy/Rodman and having them as a client is great for Premier's business as far as gaining future big name clients.
