excellent point. that is what is so puzzling for me. why announce a possible r/s so far in advance? i think it's a last resort if no financing comes their way. An r/s would put them in the same category as all the loser penny companies. i don't see it happening. unless these press releases are a complete hoax, i have to believe that this company will eventually break upward and onward. imo
