Yeah, this is exactly how good neighborhoods turn to crap. There's probably a million examples out there. How many good schools became crap after they started bussing in ghetto students? What happens to property values after ghetto people move in? Hell, I've seen one bad family wipe out a neighborhood, and this guy talks of full integration. Liberal junk policies, plain and simple.
