Well I hope he does it by PR and not by sending a "heads up" to a selective group for a link to the website or something. As an SEC filer they are subject to Reg FD...and the second option would be a mistake IMO, unless what he has to say is technically immaterial to the stock...which is probably not want people need or want to hear.
