if you own 72 million shares, then you certainly can sell it even at low prices for a nice sum... no doubt about it...

however, human nature being what it is... we generally prefer to sell for more, not less... i doubt very much that Leo and Dr. M are any different in that regard... i personally like the fact that they have 72 million reasons to want share price to increase over time... i take some comfort in that... but maybe that's just me...

dilution is always a risk in these small-cap, developmental phase biotechs... a reverse split doesn't lessen the likelihood of more dilution... in some cases i think it increases the likelihood...
