Whatever Dr said during conference call on March 1st are not happening. Sunny posted the summary on March 01,2013.

1 - Going to start dna marking FSC 5961 microcircuits soon
2 - he said they will achieve equilibrium before the end of the year
3 - Working on extending to other critical parts not only microchips, he said too large to comprehend.
