Corect, The 240 million O/S shares it scares me. I can't find the Authorized shares , at the pinksheets.com at company information it says Authorized not available.
I loose from IMDS and WGAS with 20 and 10 bilion authorized after their R/S did not made R/s the Authorized sharers. I lost $9.000 in these two. I wish to all not happen the same to none of you, and good luck to all.
