Nitwit, I think most all understand that and are playing XUII accordingly and with caution. Yes, Companies that are promoted do sell shares into the rise. Afterall, that is the main reason for promos. While the Co is doing such, there is no reason why people can't also make money on the rise on up. As with any Penny Stock; caution is always Key.
