I came across that P&D website also but didn't give it much credibility. It only Lists 1 "tout" and I believe that is open to interpretation. I'm sure they have pmcm there because it has been pumped in the past. However, it sure seems to me that pmcm grew it's own legs this time around and won't need any pump to get noticed from here on.
