I've learned a lot from this stock and a few that post here.

Volatility is the name of the game. If you don't take advantage of the lows and highs you better be prepared to hold for a very long time. The justice system takes time.

Most of the hype is just that hyped up guesses that have no basis whatsoever. Don't be fooled these type plays are not for the laymen investor. I've been hearing $10, 12, up to $40 for 6 months these are outrageous claims IMO. Unless of course you are looking out 2years or so and everything goes VRNG way.

I still think HJJ will rule 3-5% of 20%. But that is only a guess with a little faith in the justice system. But NO ONE knows only HJJ can answer that question. He may not even know exactly what he is going rule for sure. If he is doing his job he is investigating every case that was brought in front of him as evidence. Idk exactly how many that is but it was a lot look at the pacer filings.

This could be up with the top 20 or so largest $ RR rulings in patent history. You guys don't think HJJ understands the implications of his ruling? Not saying it will be just taking the top possible judgement IMO of 7% of 40%. Btw not going happen IMO.

Does he feel peer pressure? You can count on it! Being overturned, the administration's looking down on patent trolling, googles relationship with the administration all verses precedent in cases ruled on in past.

If you have no faith in the system then you have no business investing in companies such as this one.
