Reported mREIT book values mean nothing with these highly leveraged crap-shoot investments. Anyone who quotes a Discount to Book figure either has inside info (updated that hour!) or he's trying to spin the stock.

Do any mREITs continuously reveal their BV online? I'm not aware of any. Does ARR?
