Dalii, the PPS has tanked to .0001 for quite a while now. SG has bills just as we all do. He needs cash in the worst way. He is strapped with debt, has a boat load of shares out and IMHO could stand a P&D at this point.

Putting on a production as SG has his PR's once again, rumors of a buyout and nego. the purchase of another entity.........with 3 promoters who were obviously paid by someone with an interest in SEEK's PPS going NORTH helping him in the process.............WIN WIN situation for SG it does appear!!

Everyone will see next week just how CREDIBLE his CC is and the numbers for Q2 he will show investors. SG talks a great line but now the cat is out of the bag and he better produce in a big way.

If his little buyout/sale goes south as it may very well do, you can bet their will be a HUGE sell off in an hour or two and those TRIP ZEROS will be front and center for a few more years!!
