Forward or Reverse is all the samething.

It boils down to INTENTIONS of the management.

Doing forward 70 to 1 split, gave management more common shares to trade with.

Intentions, that make it good or BAD.

2 for 1 forward, would of been good thing.

But a 70 to 1 forward split?

Then, buying $1,000,000 rights to product line?

Giving $.007 option to the seller?

All I'm going to say, I'm still not buying, this deal was good thing, for common shareholders.
