Red Angus, good Sunday morning, hope all is well with you. Need to reach out to you again, regarding our last of July 9th, still is an enigma as to why HJJ has not rule at this stage, just a few days before HJJ said the ruling was RIPE for ruling, here we are nothing yet, any new thoughts?.
I have been reading some of the articles discussing the patten(s) that are being reviewed by the patent office, could it ever happen that HJJ would abstain from ruling until the patent office would have a ruling of their own regarding the patent in question, that would take years, no?, this is all unreal.
