'nyjfan'...The 'meaning' of the 999 ARCA was showing...

On the BID is: It means ARCA had a customer that wanted to Buy "at least" 99,900 shares...You always add two zero's to whatever number is shown in Level 2...

Though it also could have been 999,000 shares...
That's just one of the things "we'll Never know"...

It IS a Good Thing, as it gives the BID "Support", and let's us know it will most likely not go below that price, and when you see it consistantly, it gives Buyers confidence, and can create a Buying Spree...
