That post only shows the O/S of 851 million shares and that itself is probably not the exact number. It also does not show the current accurate total Restricted share count and Float which are needed to update the share structures in the IBox. The Float can be determined if we deduct the current Restricted Shares from the Current O/S. The A/S has not changed yet and last look it was still at 950 million shares.
